Loughborough is one of the most centrally placed towns in England and benefits from excellent transport links. Access is excellent with the M1 motorway less than three miles away. First class rail links with frequent services to London and all other major cities, especially, Leicester, Nottingham and Derby. There are also excellent bus services both locally and as part of a national network.
Road
The M1 is less than three miles away giving easy access to most parts of the country.

Rail
Loughborough train station is at the heart of the rail network and you can be in the centre of London in less than an hour and a half at peak times. Frequent services to the major cities of Leicester, Derby and Nottingham are also popular for shopping and entertainment.
Bus
There are good local bus links with a service running between the university, college, town centre and train station, every ten minutes during the day. A bus service also operates hourly from the train station and town centre to Nottingham East Midlands Airport.
Coach
Coaches run regularly from the centre of Loughborough to major cities.
Air
Nottingham East Midlands Airport is just a fifteen minute taxi ride or drive away offering regular flights to Europe.
