Content
Depending on your employer, you can follow three different pathways that include Sales Professional, Visual Merchandising or Management.
Your role could include assisting customers on a shop floor and handling their purchases, or you could be placed in a specialist department focusing on particular products which you could then use to help with specific queries. There are also roles in retailing which require work behind the scenes such as stock handling and ensuring correct quantities of products are appropriately stored.

Entry Requirements
No formal requirements are needed but you need the ability to work towards a Level 3 qualification. You should also have a previous good attendance and punctuality record.
