How to Apply

Step 1 - Choose your course:

Choose the course which best suits your needs. Collect as much information as you can on all the options open to you to help you decide:

• Read the College prospectuses
• Ask the Student Access Centre for detailed course information on 0845 166 2950
• Talk with careers teachers (if at school) or Connexions advisers
• Arrange for a free, independent, information and advice interview at the College
• Attend careers conventions
• Come to one of our open days
• Talk through your choices with parents, friends and past or present students
• Check your eligibility for financial support

Step 2 - Fill application form:

Fill in the application form - (to request an application form or a prospectus please call 0845 166 2950) (download Application form or prospectus).

Send your completed application to:

We will send you an acknowledgement of your application within five working days.

Step 3 - Formal interview:

We will invite you to attend an informal interview and/or Open Day where you will be able to discuss all aspects of the course you have chosen and any alternatives you may still be considering (this step does not apply to international students).

Shortly after your interview you will be sent a letter offering you either:

• A conditional offer of a place at Loughborough College stating the exam results you need in order to qualify for entry onto the course you have applied for.
• An unconditional offer of a place at Loughborough College.

If you are not offered a place, you will be advised who to contact to discuss your options.

Step 4 - "Agreement of Offer" form:

You complete an 'Agreement of Offer' form and return it to the College to accept your offer of a place.
