Enquiries
A full list of courses is available on our website and if you need
further advice you can contact a member of our International Team,
by email, fax or letter. We are happy to advise you on the most
suitable course of study for you.
Making an Application
You can make an application over the web or send a completed
application form by fax, email or in writing to the international
office. Remember to also enclose copies of your qualifications and
English certificates.
Offer Letter
Your application will be dealt with within seven days (excluding
national holidays). The offer letter will detail any conditions and
request payment of a deposit of one term's tuition fee. On the
letter will be your own student reference number and you should use
this on ALL communications.
Deposits
Your offer letter will give details of how to pay the deposit and
remember to always include your student reference number when making
payments.
Please note: We only refund deposits if a visa is refused and we have official evidence from the Entry Clearing Office.
Studying in the UK
Applying for a Student Visa - key points You will need to complete an application form VAF3 which can be obtained from the embassy or consulate in your home country or you can download the form from the website here
Complete the form clearly, and send:
- The correct fee
- Valid passport or travel document
- Passport sized photograph
- Offer letter, confirming payment of the deposit
- Evidence of funding for both tuition fees and living expenses for the duration of the course
If you need to attend an interview, always be honest with your answers and if you do not understand a question, ask for help.
- Know about the College and why you chose the course of study
- Know the location of the College, its facilities and the College's strengths
- Understand the progression opportunities available after you have completed your course at Loughborough College
- Show you are intending to return to your home country when you have completed your studies in the UK
