ALL NEW STUDENTS NEED TO COME TO THE INTERNATIONAL OFFICE AT 9.30AM ON THEIR FIRST DAY
The International Office is located near the college reception.
What do I need to bring with me?
- Unconditional Offer letter.
- Acceptance form-complete all sections in English.

- Home address translated into English.
- Original end of school certificates.
- IELTS certificate - if applicable.
- Passport.
- Medical form completed in English with parents signature -
give details of any medical conditions e.g. diabetes, asthma,
allergies etc.

- Payment of tuition and accommodation fees or provide a copy
of the bank transfer - please don't travel with cash.
What will I be doing?
- Registration and payment of Tuition and. Accommodation
fees.
- Meeting tutors for Admissions Guidance.
- English Testing and assessment.
- Introduction to subject teachers.
- Student timetable.
- Safety Procedures at Loughborough College.
- Opening a Bank Account.
- Registering with the Police - if applicable.
- Information about college facilities, Learning Resource Centre, tutor supported Language Zone, Enrichment programme e.g. sports, college magazine, choir, music etc.
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are not refundable. When a change of
study is necessary fees are transferred to the new course
