Annual Leave
Support staff have an annual entitlement of 25 days (plus bank holidays) and teaching staff 60 days.

Radmoor Nursery
The Radmoor Day Nursery is staffed by childcare professionals and provides high quality full-day and sessional care for children 0-5 years at competitive rates. The Nursery also operates an after school club from 3pm to 6pm which collects children from four local schools and a holiday club for children aged 5 – 12 years.
Childcare Vouchers
Salaried staff are eligible to join a Government scheme to help parents pay for their childcare. Childcare vouchers are exempt from tax and National Insurance. For each parent this can mean savings of up to £933 per year. Please e-mail personnel.mailbox@loucoll.ac.uk for more information.
Leisure Centre
The Radmoor Centre offers a well equipped gym on campus to enable you to keep fit whilst at work. Use of this facility, including showers, is free to staff during the working day.
Hair & Beauty Salon
During term time, staff can access a full range of hair and beauty treatments at very competitive prices.
