Ensure that service desk contact is progressed within timescales, from all channels including phone, walk-ins, email. Provide a first class customer experience;
Ensure that incidents & service requests are logged & assigned correctly. Liaise with internal & 3rd Party providers to maintain effective end-to-end processes & relationships. Ensure incidents & service requests are resolved in line with the agreed service level agreements. Provide basic fault finding, diagnostics & resolution .
