Apprenticeship summary

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and business-minded professional to equip themselves with the digital tools and knowledge to succeed as a “Future-Proofed” Recruitment Consultant.

You will have the opportunity to delve deeply into the business community, soaking up and recording all of your research to provide insight to our full-time consultants. You will gain exposure very quickly across business functions, as well as the life and work of a Recruitment Consultant.

Requirements:

  •  A sound technical knowledge of search tools, social media platforms and professional tools is essential
  • Good English and Mathematics skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative and confident personality
  • Working knowledge of popular IT packages such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint or equivalents
  • Driven by success
  • Due to our rural location and the nature of the role, a full driving licence and own vehicle is desirable but is not essential if the candidate was able to travel to and from the wok place

Daily duties:

  • Answering incoming calls from candidates and employers
  • CV writing and proof reading
  • Administration tasks to include, responding to emails and online enquiries, putting information packs together for consultants, assist with wages
  • Work closely with consultants to identify new opportunities

Apprenticeship Framework:Business and Administration
Location:Loughborough
Weekly Wage: £160.00 - £200.00
Working Week: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.00 (1/2 hour lunch)
Apprenticeship duration: 18 months
Possible start date: 07-01-2019
