Apprenticeship summary

Main duties will include

  • Personal Assistant to the Finance and Logistics Department
  • Maintaining a high level of office filing for these departments 
  • Minutes of weekly meetings, note taking and reporting
  • Booking flights, car hire, hotels for the team
  • Organising team events when the arise
  • Processing and maintaining logistics and invoicing
  • Support office administrator, sample sending for the UK office, maintaining a sample log and updating daily, maintaining the sample room and sample stock
  • Daily, weekly and monthly quality requirements, including walk around and checking.
  • Office administration, scanning, mailing out, general admin
  • Receptionist duties including answering phones
  • Meeting Room set up and requirement for meetings, preparing room, serve refreshments, set up lunch or food requirement and clean down and reset meeting room
  • Report writing when requested
  • Data Management and input for accounts team and sales teams
  • Keep office organised at all times
  • Other Duties include when communicating with customers and working with the Sales team
  • Maintenance of Customer Relationships: Ensure that all aspects of the customer interface are satisfactorily maintained and that customer relationships are maintained in a professional, profitable business-like manner
  • Maintenance of Supplier Relationships: Ensure that all aspects of the customer interface are satisfactorily maintained and that supplier relationships are maintained in a professional, profitable business-like manner
  • Maintain Quality: Ensure that at all times the administration, output, reputation and general demeanour of the Company reflects the highest quality standards
  • Maintain and deliver accurate customer records by showing all customer contacts, developments and interfaces
  • Continued Researching to aid source new customers, suppliers and products
