We are looking for a well-presented candidate with a great work ethic to join our customer focussed team.
The ideal applicant will have strong communication and administration skills who works well as an individual and as part of a team.
Main duties include:
- Answering the phones
- Meet & greet all visitors
- Deal with incoming enquiries
- Providing support to other member of the team
- Making tea & coffee for all visitors
- Booking appointments
- Calling customers with regards to their appointments and prescription
The successful candidate will be required to work every Saturday.
**In addition to this, we pride ourselves in delivering the ‘WOW’ factor and the applicant considered for this role will need to deliver exceptional customer service.**
Requirements and prospects
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for customer service and for working with others
- Thorough & good attention to detail
- Driving licence and own car would be desirable, but not essential
- Able to use own initiative
- Clearly spoken
- Good use of the English Language
