Apprenticeship summary

The apprentice will be working closely with the Operations Manager, providing a communication/administrative link to customers, thus maintaining a positive working relationship with all parties with a view to meeting the expectations of the business.

 Key duties will include:

  • Answering the phones 
  • Greeting visitors
  • Dealing with incoming queries
  • Scheduling and planning routes
  • Administration support
  • Any other duties as required by Operations Manager

The role is fast paced and there is a lot of interaction on the phone with drivers and with clients, therefore the candidate should not be afraid of answering the phone.

Working Week: Monday – Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
