The role will require the successful candidate to assist in the delivery of sales admin support and marketing objectives including:
- Client liaison in the form of taking messages, recording contact details and planning follow up activity where necessary
- Processing of sales quotations and sales orders where directed
- Working alongside Sales managers and colleagues to plan, develop and implement new sales activities
- Assisting the “Events Project Manager” in the organisation and delivery of shows, exhibitions and conferences
- Using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, “Indesign”, Illustrator, and Photoshop, HTML skills would be a bonus
