Turner Insurance are looking for an Administration Assistant Apprentice to join them in the heart of Leicester. APPRENTICESHIPSUMMARY

Duties will include:

  • Responding to general client enquiries after training has been provided. This may be by letter/email or telephone call
  • Issuing client annual statements via post or email
  • Updating the back-office system (Intelligent Office) to ensure data is accurate and up to date. This will include updating client records with up to date information
  • Maintaining office equipment and ensuring stocks are replenished as necessary
  • Setting up client meetings, both virtual and in the office. You are not required to attend these meetings
  • Collating data for client reviews. This could be calling insurance companies for specific plan information that a client holds, or obtaining the information via their online portals
  • Interacting with insurance companies to get client valuations via the telephone or email
  • Writing letters. The majority of these will be existing templates that can be personalised for each client
  • Assisting the Healthcare Consultant with renewals of client policies, which will include obtaining quotations from alternative insurers. Full training on this will be given

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • The right candidate will be proficient in the use of MS Office and competent using standard computer applications
  • The ability to multi-task while maintaining good attention to detail is essential
  • The ideal candidate for this job will be enthusiastic, resourceful, organised and be able to ensure a steady completion of workload in a timely manner
