APPRENTICESHIPSUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity to join Desirable Car. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, be extremely organised, have a meticulous eye for detail and confidence to thrive in a fast-paced highly pressurised environment. Proficient IT skills are essential along with excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
Duties will include:
- Producing invoices and sales paperwork
- Allocating payment receipts
- Completing V5C registration certificates
- Checking deal files & ensuring deal fully paid before car is released
- Answering phone calls & accurately logging enquiries
- Data entry & general office duties
