The Hall School are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking candidate to join their experienced class teachers and assistants. You will work as a team to create and support activities, developing children's academic and social abilities. You will be caring, patient and passionate, using your own initiative to guide children in structured play.

Duties of this role, including but not limited to:
- Working with a wide range of class teachers to deliver excellent teaching and learning
- Coaching children on a 1 to 1 or group basis
- Accompanying groups on trips
- Supporting assessment and evidencing learning
- Working with the teacher to create stimulating classroom displays and learning resources
- Maintaining a safe and positive environment for all learners
- Creating opportunities for all learners to reach their potential, irrespective of ability
- Supporting children with SEND to access learning on a 1 to 1 or group basis
