A Business Administration Apprenticeship allows you to play an important support role in a variety of businesses and organisations. Administrators handle the day-to-day tasks in an office and make sure things run smoothly. This sort of work requires a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail. Activities could include typing up minutes, updating spreadsheets, sending correspondences, and working as part of a team.

Course Content

This Apprenticeship programme is designed for apprentices with more responsibility in the Business and Administration sector. Administrators at this level undertake a wide range of more complex tasks in a variety of work contexts, including resolving customer complaints, managing a budget, negotiation, and creating bespoke business documents.

Entry Requirements

Entry requirements of the framework are GCSE grade C in English and Maths. Apprentices will ideally have completed a Level 2 Apprenticeship or qualification in a business-related subject.

Progression Opportunities

Apprentices will have the opportunity to progress to a Higher Apprenticeship and degrees in Business and Leadership.

Mode of Attendance:
The Apprenticeship course is part time to fit around your work commitments, you may be required to attend college on a day release or your tutor will visit you in the work place.

Intermediate and Advanced Apprenticeships available.

Before you can start an Apprenticeship, you need to be in employment. The course start dates are flexible to fit around your employer.
