This Apprenticeship builds on your existing knowledge and skills and cover more advanced techniques for preparing and cooking more complex dishes alongside learning more about sourcing produce and product development. Jobs at this level can include sous chef or senior cook.

This pathway will enable you to get ahead in your hospitality career by broadening your existing knowledge and help you gain important leadership and management skills to allow you to take on more responsibility.

Depending on your chosen pathway you could gain employment as a Sous Chef or Senior Cook, or in Leadership and Management within Hospitality and Catering.
