For those who are planning to move into a development role or start a career as a freelance coach or mentor. You will work through the psychology of coaching with the aim of coaching implemention to benefit the business.
Course ContentThis course will help you to gain a critical understanding of the role and responsibilities of the workplace coach and mentor. Assessment is through 3 assignments, which in effect embed and develop the learner on the coaching journey. Course can be facilitated in the college or in place of work (on demand).
The course lasts for up to 2 years.
ModulesModules include: Differences between coaching and mentoring styles; Key competencies of an effective workplace coach; Coaching tools and how to use them.
Entry RequirementsLearners must possess a minimum Level 3 qualification and ideally use their workplace as a basis for assignments.
