MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING IN THE WORKPLACE

Virtual Event: 17th December - 8:30 – 10:30

Good mental health and wellbeing are crucial in keeping workforces motivated and inspired – especially in the face of the COVID-19 challenge.

Loughborough College can help. We’re hosting a virtual event to connect you with our experts, tools, resources, and programmes to help enhance Mental Health and Wellbeing practice in your workplace, including a free motivational workshop from one of our excellent lecturers.

Even before the pandemic, mental health-related absence was the most common cause of long-term sickness in the workplace. According to a survey conducted by the HSE in 2019, stress, depression, or anxiety accounted for 44% of work-related ill health and 54% of working days lost.

Engaging with your employees on these challenges can help to:

  • Reduce staff turnover
  • Improve employee engagement
  • Reduce absence
  • Boost productivity

Guest Speaker:

  • Max Boden & Dermot Breen | Loughborough Chamber of Commerce
