Course Content

This course will help you to gain a critical understanding of the role and responsibilities of the workplace coach and mentor. Assessment is through 3 assignments, which in effect embed and develop the learner on the coaching journey. Course can be facilitated in the college or in place of work (on demand). The course lasts for up to 2 years.

Modules

Modules include: Differences between coaching and mentoring styles; Key competencies of an effective workplace coach; Coaching tools and how to use them.

Entry Requirements
