The Level 4 AAT training programme is designed for ambitious individuals who currently occupy a finance team leader or management role and are ready to progress within the financial industry and learn new skills.
AAT qualifications are well-respected by blue-chip corporate companies internationally and once you have achieved the AAT Level 4 Diploma and completed one additional year working in the industry you will be able to use the letters MAAT after your name to demonstrate your qualifications and experience.

You will learn how to draft financial statements for limited companies, perform complex management accounting tasks and develop your own management skills.
You have the chance to focus your efforts on the areas of accounting most relevant to you. In addition to tuition fees, you will have to become a member of the AAT - fees apply.
You'll be assessed is two ways:
- Computer based tests - marked automatically and a provisional result available immediately.
- Computer based assessments - internal assessment via projects or reports.
You must have completed the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting, through a professional development course or as an Apprentice.
You will also need to be working in a relevant permanent job for at least 30 hours per week, or apply for Apprenticeship opportunities if you wish to take the AAT Apprentice pathway.

On completion of the Level 4 AAT Diploma you will be eligible to apply for the following roles appropriate to your levels of qualification and experience:
- Accounts Manager - £35,000*
- Assistant Finance Manager - £30,000*
