This Apprenticeship is designed to improve the knowledge and skills of those who work in a deputy manager or manager role in a health and social care setting. This qualification is fundable for those whose highest qualification is Level 3 or 4 or equivalent.
- using and developing systems to promote communication
- promoting professional development
- developing health and safety and risk management policies, procedures, and practices
- undertaking a research project
There are no formal entry criteria with regards to English and Maths as they are not part of this Apprenticeship framework. The learner must be in a deputy manager or manager role and have no higher than a Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
