Management Apprenticeship (Level 3)

This apprenticeship is aimed at members of staff in junior management roles. Candidates should be used to the responsibility for managing a team, planning and monitoring workloads, delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships internally and externally.

Course Content

To complete this CMI Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management, candidates will receive regular performance reviews and workplace visits throughout the apprenticeship and be expected to develop a portfolio of evidence and to attend monthly training sessions.

Ideal Candidates:

  • First line managers from public, private & third sectors in all sizes of organisation. Eg:
  • Supervisors
  • Team Leaders
  • Project Officers
  • Shift Supervisors
  • Forepersons and Shift Managers

 

Entry Requirements

Typically five GCSEs at Grade C or higher

Progression Opportunities

Apprentices will have the opportunity to progress to a Higher Apprenticeship in ICT
