Management Apprenticeship (Level 5)

Ideal for senior managers, this apprenticeship is designed for members of the team responsible for creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, managing change, financial and resource management, talent management, coaching and mentoring.

Course Content

To achieve this CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership, candidates will complete an extensive CPD log and comprehensive work-based project. They will be expected to attend monthly training sessions and quarterly reviews with line managers. They will also receive regular feedback from senior management as well as regular workplace visits from assessors.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

Existing managers who have already developed practical experience but wish to further develop their theoretical understanding of management skills or aspiring to senior management e.g.:

  • Operations Managers
  • Regional Managers
  • Divisional Managers
  • Department Managers and Specialist Managers

 

Entry Requirements

Typically five GCSEs at Grade C or higher

Progression Opportunities

Apprentices will have the opportunity to progress on to a BA Hons (Top Up Degree).
