Forget what you know about staff development and immerse yourself in the ultimate learning experience.

ENIGMA challenges staff, re-inventing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) to make it more exciting, more relevant, with long lasting impact.

With a code to crack and time running out, the ENIGMA experience encourages active engagement not just passive listening - enabled by effective use of learning technology.

What exactly is it?

ENIGMA is a uniquely immersive learning experience, designed to address key strategic criteria. Your staff will:

  • Learn how to adapt their approaches to teaching, learning, and assessment to embed more learning technology in their classroom sessions
  • Discover that technology can be used successfully in the classroom environment—to inspire engagement not encourage disruption
  • Find out how to embed essential English and maths in every lesson
  • Develop their digital capabilities and confidence
  • Explore teamwork roles and have fun in the process
