Loughborough College has received a body armour donation set to boost student understanding and offer an advantage for their future careers.

Public Services students will now receive crucial hands-on experience through role-play and technical analysis with a protective vest provided by international manufacturer and distributor of body armour SafeGuard Clothing.

“We can use the bullet proof vests, kindly donated by SafeGuard, to assist us in enhancing our students’ learning.

“This will offer them vital practical experience with the kinds of equipment they are likely to go on to use in their careers,” said Daniel Bellion, Lecturer in Public Services at Loughborough College.

“Providing samples of our bulletproof vests ((http://www.safeguardarmor.com) helps students understand how protection against knives and guns actually works and gives them a unique advantage that will benefit them later in their careers,” added SafeGuard’s Thomas Bowman.
