Sponsorship Information
Whilst we are unable to offer full Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, we can offer up to 20 hours per week for candidates who already hold sponsorship with another employer and are looking for additional employment, subject to visa conditions.
Your Role
As a Care & Support Assistant, you'll help people remain independent in their own homes by providing support such as:
- Personal care
- Medication assistance
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Shopping and community support
- Light domestic duties
- Supporting people to attend appointments
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice

We're Looking For
You will be:
- Caring, compassionate and reliable
- Friendly with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about helping others
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work mornings, evenings and alternate weekends
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Good spoken and written English
Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
