The Training

Loughborough College Sport Swimming Academy have access to four shared swimming sessions a week alongside our Triathlon Academy at Loughborough Grammar Swimming Pool. The sessions can be “drop in” style to support other training sessions you maybe doing with your club/county (meaning you don't have to attend all sessions to ensure you can continue to swim for your club/county).

Swimmers will also have access to drop in strength & conditioning sessions in our strength and conditioning suite by qualified strength & conditioning coaches and performance analysis support to take your performances to the next level.

There are also various workshops that happen throughout the year on nutrition, psychology, anti-doping and athletes lifestyle.
