Loughborough College Sport Women's Rugby Academy is one of the leading 16-18 programmes in the country and have been crowned AoC National champions and also won the prestigious Rosslyn Park competition.
The Academy has a fantastic working relationship with the Women's Premier 15s side Loughborough Lightning.
Loughborough College Sport Women's Rugby Academy have two team training sessions, plus one individual skills training session a week. Players also have a team strength & conditioning session once a week. Athletes will also have a virtual video analysis session once a week.
There are also various virtual workshops that happen ad hoc throughout the year on nutrition, psychology, rainbow laces campaign and many more.
