Our Sport Degrees Taster Day gives you the chance to experience a real taste of university life — from hands-on sessions in our world-class facilities to meeting the expert tutors who teach our degrees.
During this immersive experience, you will engage in practical activities and interactive theoretical sessions related to our Sports Science, Sports Coaching, Sports Management, and Sport and Exercise Therapy degrees.
Activities include physiological and biomechanical testing as well as strength and conditioning assessments for Sports Science students; sports massage and exercise rehabilitation for Sports Therapy students; sports marketing and international business sessions for Sports Management students; and coach education and sport pedagogy sessions for Sports Coaching students.
In between sessions, you will tour our elite facilities, connect with current students, and learn how studying sport at Loughborough College can lead to exciting careers in health, fitness, performance, and more.

Our sport degrees are validated by Loughborough University, meaning your degree certificate comes from the university, but you study in the supportive environment of the college and are taught by industry experts.
As your degree is awarded by Loughborough University, you are eligible to compete in BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport). Loughborough University has won the overall BUCS competition every year since it began. Additionally, you will be a member of the Loughborough Students' Union, which grants you access to over 150 clubs and societies, as well as various social activities, volunteering, and fundraising opportunities.
