  • SQL Report Developer

    £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (Permanent - Full Time)

    The Leicestershire College are looking for a SQL Report Developer to join the Business Intelligence team in providing a high standard of reporting to the College.

    The key responsibilities include using Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI and Excel to develop innovative reporting solutions to meet the College’s reporting needs. Also a significant part of the role will be to drive higher quality standards throughout the team by developing and supporting data error checking and exception reporting.

    To be considered for the role you will have experience of data analysis and the production of professional reports using Excel and will have knowledge of at least basic SQL query writing. Knowledge of using SSRS and advance SQL is desirable. A good understanding of GDPR and the importance of data security is necessary.

  • Assessor - Early Years

    £21,187 - £23,759 per annum (Permanent - Full Time)

    The Leicestershire College is looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and knowledgeable Early Years Assessor to join the Care & Early Years team. The College will be your main base, although you will also be required to attend workplaces to observe, support and develop students across a range of qualifications and levels. These will include Apprenticeship qualifications, Distance Learning and Work Place qualifications.

  • Examinations Officer

    £23,759 per annum (Permanent - Full Time)

    Following the recent restructure of the MIS and Examinations Department, we are seeking a highly organised person to join our busy exams office to provide a full and professional service.

    You will have a high level of IT skills and the ability to work with a wide range of IT systems to ensure this detailed work is submitted in appropriate formats whilst working to tight deadlines. You must be a proficient user of MS Office and have an eye for detail and accuracy. It is essential that you have proven expertise in a wide range of complex administrative procedures and have a ‘can do’ approach to work.

    An outstanding focus on delivering excellent to customer service and the ability to work using your own initiative as well as part of the team are also essential requirements for this post.

    Experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage but is not essential.

  • Lecturer in Sport - Further Education

    £24,512 - £30,632 per annum (Permanent - Full Time)

    Loughborough College Sport is a highly successful team with over 600 full time learners.  The team offers a wide range of provision from Level 1 up to Level 3.  Provision includes BTEC courses and employment focused study programmes.  We have new purpose-built facilities allowing us to offer courses based around the latest techniques and equipment required for industry demands.

    We are seeking to appoint a full time Lecturer to teach within our Further Education Sports provision.  A relevant degree and teaching qualification are essential and you must have extensive teaching and vocational experience.

    Radmoor Childcare are seeking a Club Officer to join the team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Out of School Club Leader.

    We are looking for someone to deliver high quality learning experiences for all children, ensuring that these are tailored to meet the needs of each individual child. You will plan a variety of activities and support with the delivery of these activities to engage children in order to aid their learning whilst creating a fun and stimulating environment.

    To be considered for this role you must have significant experience of working within the child care sector, including an out-of-school/Holiday club setting. A minimum Level 2 Child Care/Play Works qualification is essential, as is having knowledge of Early Years Development.

  • Lecturer in Electrical Installation

Do you have valuable knowledge that can be shared with our learners here at the College?     We are looking for a key member to join our dedicated curriculum delivery team, involved in teaching and assessment in our fully equipped electrical workshops and in class.

    You will ideally have a proven track record of industrial experience with sound knowledge of domestic and industrial electrical installation.

    To be successful in this post you will hold appropriate industrial qualifications. A subject specialism or specific experience in an area of electrical installation will be advantageous.
