Are you looking for a career with prospects which will open up opportunities for progression and promotion? Then an apprenticeship may be for you!

As long as you are acquiring a new set of skills and the content of the training is materially different to prior training, you could qualify.

Retraining could give you a significant career boost, allow you to go for a challenging new role or widen your skill set with your existing employer.

For anyone 16+ - No upper age limit!
minimum duration of 12 months
Usual work hours are 30-40 per week
Receive at least Apprenticeship Minimum Wage
Receive on the job training
gain a recognised qualification
No debt! Training costs are covered!
Contract of employment with the company

APPRENTICESHIP PROGRESSION

Apprenticeships have equivalent educational levels.

Intermediate 2 GCSE
Advanced 3 A Level
Higher 4-5 Foundation degree and above
Degree 6-7 Bachelor’s or master’s degree

Some apprenticeships may also give you an additional qualification, such as a diploma.

You can attend as many or as few workshops as you like.

Every person is different and may have different areas that they need support with. Workshops can be offered on a one to one basis or small groups

Applying for an Apprenticeship will involve writing an application and attending an interview - we want to make sure that you are equiped with the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours ready for this.
