Loughborough College have a rich history in supporting learners with disabilities and allowing them to excel in their sporting careers along with studying an educational programme at the same time.
The Loughborough College campus has accessible facilities catering for all abilities (Including the Radmoor Fitness Centre and Gables accommodation). Our staff are used to working with learners with disabilities of all levels and sporting backgrounds, from Paralympians at the very top of their sports to learners partaking in recreational sport.
Learners with disabilities are welcome and encouraged to join any of the Loughborough Sport Athletic Union clubs or enrichment activities at the college which include Wheelchair Basketball and Boccia.
Loughborough College also has a PAN disability football team that is coached by Leicester City in the Community and play in multiple competitions across the academic year.

The college is also an Association of Colleges (AoC) Sport Inclusion Hub and plays a vital role in ensuring disabled students have access to the same opportunities as their non-disabled peers.
The hub will engage up to 50 students in sport and physical activity, as well as recruiting eight 'Inclusive Ambassadors' whilst hosting local development opportunities for other colleges in their region.
