In the last 5 years, the college has invested over £30 million in improving facilities and resources to meet the needs of industry.

At the heart of all our programmes is embedding employability skills. This goes beyond training people towards achieving a qualification or level of competence. It is about developing skills that will be transferable throughout working life.

As part of our service, we will undertake a training needs analysis for your organisation. This aims to help identify and prioritise workplace skills needs to create a wide support package of training and development to support all your staff development needs.
