This qualification is designed to provide you with an excellent understanding of the principles of working within the tourism and aviation sector and is a great starting point if you want to pursue a career in the travel, tourism and aviation industry. The course is ideal if you want to develop your knowledge of the different components within the sectors of Travel and Tourism and undertake employment as an Events Manager, Visitor Attraction Manager, Hotel Manager, Travel Agent, Tour Operator or within an airport or airline.

Entry Requirements

Four GCSEs at grade 4 or above, which must include GCSE English Language or progression from the Level 3 NCFE Certificate in Travel and Tourism with a merit.

Progression Opportunities

Students can choose to undertake further study including Degree courses at Loughborough College Group. They could also pursue a career as an event organiser, travel agent or travel the world by gaining employment in the following career paths but not exclusive to; Air Cabin Crew, Airport Ground Staff or Airport/Airline Management.
