This course is designed for
students wishing to work in the front of house area of hospitality settings at
supervisor level. It will allow learners to develop and enhance their food and
drink service skills along with their supervisory skills.
Students will also undertake
assessments supervising work within our award-winning college restaurant as part
of their qualification to give real work experience.
