Brush in Loughborough are recruiting an administrator to join the team. The department is responsible for ensuring all business activities performed by BRUSH Transformers supports operational effectiveness whilst maintaining compliance with relevant laws & regulations, plus general administration, data maintenance, review of policies & procedures.

The successful candidate will also assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of procedures and key performance indicators (KPI’s) measures.

This role will require engagement with stakeholders across the whole of the BRUSH Transformers.

Duties include:

  • Maintain ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning)
  • Manage delivery timings and schedule
  • Investigate supply chain issues and delays
  • Raising of Purchase orders using software
  • Invoice processing and resolution
  • Ad hoc involvement and support for procurement-related projects
  • General administration and processing of information
