The role of a Level 3 Nursery Apprentice involves supporting the care, learning, and development of young children in a nursery or preschool environment. You will work closely with qualified practitioners to deliver high-quality care and educational activities.
- Supporting children's learning: Working with children under 5 years to promote learning through play, structured activities, and guided interaction
- Observing and tracking progress: Keeping records of children's development, behaviour, and milestones, using observations and assessments to ensure that children are meeting developmental targets
- Planning and delivering activities: Assisting in the preparation and delivery of age-appropriate activities, such as arts, crafts, reading, and outdoor play that support the development of key skills (e.g., motor skills, language, and social skills)
