Guide to access your results via the ILP

WisePay

WisePay is the College's online payments system that allows you to pay for trips, visits, accommodation and any other costs via a secure online portal. Please click the following link for more information: WisePay - Online Payments

Level 2 Qualification FAQs

You will get your GCSE, Cambridge Technical, BTEC First and National results on Thursday 24th August 2023.

Most other vocational exam results are usually released within 6 weeks of exam completion.

If you have taken GCSEs, Cambridge Technical, BTEC First or National your results will be available to collect from the college from 8.30am (we will contact you nearer the time about location) If you are unable to come in person to collect the results, they will be emailed to your college email account between 11:00am and 15:00pm on results day. Please make sure you can access your college email in advance of the 24th August and contact IT on 01509 618369 if you find you have any difficulties logging on. If you want a parent/guardian/friend to collect your results in person for you in your absence, we can ONLY supply the results if they are in possession of a signed letter provided by you, giving permission to collect the results on your behalf.

On the 24th August, the College cannot begin emailing results until 11:00 am and it may take several hours until every student receives their email. If you have not received your results email by 15:00 pm please don’t hesitate to contact us on 01509 618305.

If you have taken a L2 qualification that does not have an embargo on releasing results you will receive your result and certificate typically within 6 weeks of completion.

Yes, you will be able to book an appointment to come into college to meet with a member of staff who will be able to help you. We will send details of how you do this on Wednesday 23rd August.

The awarding body has a post result service, this means that you can request a copy of your exam papers, ask them to recount the marks or request a remark of your exam papers. More information will be released on how to access these options on your results letter. Please be aware of the deadlines within the information sent out, the awarding bodies will not extend these.

There may be an opportunity to resit your GCSE exams in the Autumn series which typically runs in November, information about this process will be available on results day from your tutors and the exams team. Please discuss Cambridge Technical, BTEC First and National options with your Teacher.

If you have taken A Levels or a T-Level qualification, your results will be available to collect from the college from 8.30am (we will contact you nearer the time about location) If you are unable to come in person to collect the results, they will be emailed to your college email account between 11:00am and 15:00pm on results day. Please make sure you can access your college email in advance of the 17th August and contact IT on 01509 618369 if you find you have any difficulties logging on. If you have taken a BTEC National or Cambridge Technical there is no need to come onsite unless you have a requirement for further advice and guidance, and like A and T Levels you will need to ensure that you can access your college email as detailed above.
