BPX is looking for an IT Apprentice to supplement our existing IT team. This apprenticeship will give you a fantastic opportunity to learn about, and gain hands on experience with various elements of IT and to support our continuing development of the systems and technology we use.
This role will include hardware and software installation, support and administration of:
- 1st line desktop/laptop on-site, remote and telephone. (hardware/software)
- Networking (WAN, LAN, switches, routers, access points and related devices)
- Telecoms (PBX, SIP, internet services and telephone lines)
- Servers (virtual and physical)
- Mobile phones and mobile device management (MDM)
- Printers/MFP

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude together with a willingness to learn and to succeed in this apprenticeship.
