We are currently looking for driven, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Multi-skilled Engineer Apprenticeship Programme based at our facility in Loughborough. This is an excellent opportunity to gain training and support across multiple engineering disciplines, whilst earning a qualification to enhance your career.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with Plant Engineers to provide electrical and mechanical maintenance engineering services across the manufacturing & support areas.
  • Supporting the inspecting, diagnosing, and fixing both electrical and mechanical faults, to ensure the smooth running of production lines and equipment.
  • Work with Plant Engineers to provide planned and emergency maintenance support.
  • Support with the planned and preventative maintenance for site utilities.
  • Support breakdown issues and resolution.
  • Gain hands-on experience identifying and diagnosing issues in machinery working with advanced tools and techniques.
  • Ensure all engineering activities are carried out to the necessary standard complying with Safety, cGMP & company requirements.
  • Work with Module Technicians to gain experience within the value streams.
  • Punctually in attendance at college and successfully complete allocated courses.

Successfully complete:

  • Level 3 Engineering Technician (Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Pathway).
