An Evening of Edgar Allan Poe

Wednesday 28th February to  Wednesday 28th February

An Evening of Edgar Allan Poe
The work of Edgar Allan Poe has inspired this performance. Through a range of scenes and styles of performance we aim to bring the works and themes of the master of the macabre to life on stage. We are proud to be working with Dimitrios Tsokanos, an expert on Poe, to develop this performance.

Prometheus
Attendees of this event will also get to see our level 3 year 2 learners present Prometheus. A mythical story of the Titan Prometheus who gave humanity the knowledge to produce fire, to farm and to create. Punished by the Gods for this crime the play explores Prometheus' punishment by the tyrant God Zeus. The performance uses movement and physicality to bring to life the gods and monsters of Ancient Greek mythology.

Tickets are available on the door or in advance from the College's Box Office or by emailing Gill.Harrington@loucoll.ac.uk.
