Job roles here at Loughborough College Group are responsible, on a regular basis, to teach, train, instruct and care for supervising children. Placement Coordinator - Stephenson College
Salary: £28,356 - £30,886 Per Annum Type: Permanent - Full Time Closing Date: Thursday, 21st May 2026 We’re recruiting for a Placement Coordinator to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Stephenson College.
The Placement Coordinator will be responsible coordinating, planning and organising the delivery of high-quality placements, including Awarding Body, T-Level placements and Work Experience. The Placement Coordinator will provide exceptional service through strong relationships with curriculum teams, ensuring KPIs are tracked, monitored and met. They will ensure health and safety compliance is accounted for and support students via 1:1 and small group sessions, as well as tutorial support.

Work Placements Lead - Stephenson College
Salary: £34,895 - £35,939 Per Annum Type: Permanent - Full Time Closing Date: Wednesday, 20th May 2026 Loughborough College Group is looking for an ambitious and driven Work Placements Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping outstanding work experience, industry placement, and higher education placement opportunities across the Group.
This is a high impact leadership position within Business Development, where you will inspire and manage a team of Placement Coordinators, build strong relationships with curriculum teams and employers, and ensure placements deliver real value for learners.

Important Information
EU citizens arriving into the UK after the 1st January 2021 will need apply for a Tier 2 visa to gain right to work in the UK.
