Take care of yourself
Go for a walk, eat healthily, chat to your mates and most importantly make sure you get a good night's sleep.
Organise your study time
Start your revision early. Make a study plan and vary your revision techniques - flash cards, past papers and mind maps can all help. Download our free revision timetable template.
Don't panic
If your mind has gone blank, take a breath and take your time. Taking regular breaks during revision and coursework can help you focus. Why not treat yourself to a cuppa?
