College Learners Shine in International Rugby Victory

Displaying skill and determination, Loughborough College learners Beth Candlin and Ashton Adcock showcased their talent on the rugby field as they represented England U18s in a thrilling match against Ireland’s national U18s, ending in a resounding victory for the Roses.

The match, which took place last week, captivated audiences as England emerged victorious with a commanding scoreline of 29-14. Playing with a palpable sense of team spirit, it was standout performances from Beth and Ashton that stole the spotlight.

Demonstrating her skills, Beth Candlin etched her name into the score sheet with a powerful try during the game. Her electrifying performance not only contributed to the team’s success but also cemented her potential as a rising star in the sport.

Ashton Adcock, another promising talent from Loughborough College, played a crucial role in the team’s triumph with exceptional skills and strategy, which were instrumental in securing the win for England.
