Thursday 2nd April 2026

Loughborough College is celebrating a strong representation of both current students and alumni across this year’s Women’s Six Nations and age-grade international fixtures, underlining our continued impact on elite rugby development.
In the senior England squad, alumni Lilli Ives Campion, Morwenna Talling and captain Megan Jones have all been selected, showcasing the College’s ability to nurture players who progress to the very top of the international game. Jones’ leadership role in particular highlights the calibre of athletes emerging from Loughborough’s pathway.
Scotland’s senior squad also features Loughborough College talent, with Leah Bartlett earning recognition at international level.
At age-grade level, the College’s influence is equally impressive. England Under-18s captain Meghan Crilly, a current student, leads a cohort that also includes Millie Walker, Christal Koroiyadi and Martha Hallam. Their selections reflect the strength and depth of the College’s current programme.
Meanwhile, Jessica Combe represents Scotland Under-18s, further demonstrating the cross-border impact of Loughborough College’s rugby development system.
Brad Jones, Head of Women’s Rugby at Loughborough College, praised the achievements of both past and present players, saying: “It’s a fantastic achievement to see so many of our students and alumni representing their countries at different levels. It speaks volumes about the hard work of the players and the support network around them. We are incredibly proud to see them performing on such a prestigious stage and continuing to inspire the next generation of players here at the College.”
With representation spanning senior international rugby and emerging talent pathways, Loughborough College continues to reinforce its reputation as a leading hub for women’s rugby development in the UK.
