Stepping Into Health – the only New Year resolution you’ll need

Posted: 20th January 2022 - 3:00pm

Are you ready to make the small changes which will make big improvements in your life?

Sign up now to Loughborough College’s Step Into Health programme which last year helped 400 people transform the way they ate, exercised and felt about their lives.

Step Into Health focuses on your lifestyle, fitness and diet and tutors work with you to start creating healthier habits and a happier you.

The 13-week accredited distance learning course guides you to make small, sustainable changes that will make you feel like a new you.

Deborah Houlton, an HE Administrator at the College, completed the course last year. She said: “I found all three units thoroughly interesting and have learnt a lot. Although I haven’t managed to always keep up with the plans I created for my physical and mental wellbeing plus the nutritional side, I have adapted my lifestyle for the better using everything I have learnt. All the contact from the team from start to finish has been great, I would recommend the course.”

Another student said: “Personally, I have found the course to be a real breath of fresh air and have learnt so much from it. Your emails have been absolutely brilliant and a real motivation. I have enjoyed this course so much, the work that your team have put into it is an absolute credit to you all and to Loughborough.”
