This is an exciting opportunity to join a 4-year Apprenticeship, where you will be working towards the Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard in Engineering Manufacturing Technician. You will take part in fantastic training courses and team building events, whilst tackling real challenges and taking on real responsibility.
- Collaborating with Engineers and Technical Leads to maintain, improve and innovate production systems
- Using root cause analysis and diagnostic tools to solve complex issues and improve equipment performance
- Working across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing assets
- Learning how to manage projects, document technical processes and support decision-making with data
- Developing technical leadership skills
Requirements and prospects
Willing and able to travel to our Melton Mowbray site and Loughborough College.
