This qualification covers the core skills and knowledge to prepare learners for entering the dynamic and ever-evolving Manufacturing and Engineering sector.

Entry Requirements

4 GCSEs at Grade 3 or above including English and Maths, or a relevant qualification at Level 1 with Merit grade

Progression

Upon successful completion of this course, students may progress on to a Level 3 Engineering course, and apprenticeship or in to employment. Typical job roles include Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Materials Fabricator, Processing or Finishing Engineer, Technical Support Engineer and more!
