This qualification enables learners to develop the knowledge and skills necessary for working in a supervised role with adults in Health and Social Care settings. The course will cover a wide range of areas including supporting individuals with their physical and emotional care, daily living needs and health care procedures.
All learners are required to apply for a DBS as a part of their work experience requirements for this course. This costs approximately £50.

Upon successful completion of this course, students may progress onto a Level 3 course in Health and Social Care or into an Apprenticeship.
